An area of primary consideration for SLARTC is its continuing ability to offer advanced training and development courses for practicing professionals in the social services. Additionally, SLARTC provides educational support for government agents, legal professionals and public policy makers. It is the objective of SLARTC to incorporate a human rights component into each of its courses and to continue to elevate the awareness of its participants.

The overwhelming majority of course participants are front line grassroots leaders who benefit by attaining the necessary knowledge and information and disseminating it in there home areas.

With over 50 major training programs offered yearly, and attended by practicing professionals throughout Asia, SLARTC continues to substantially impact the area of socio-legal education.
